Artis Decor is an online shopping store that brings you a great choice for new and exciting designs that can be purchased safely and easily over the internet. Please read through below frequently asked questions and don't hesitate to ask us any question through email at info@artisdecor.com. 

Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. We are web based retailer and don’t have showroom but you can view or collect your item at our warehouse in California, United States.

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver anywhere in USA and Canada.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. It depends on the location and item you are buying. In most of the cases our shipping within USA is free. For details please see the product page for a particular product you are interested in. Also feel free to contact us at sales@artisdecor.com for details.

Q. When will I be contacted to share the shipping information?
A. We’ll contact you within 1 working day of placing your order to provide you the tracking information. If we’re waiting for stock this should be reflected on the product as it will be marked 'backorder'.


Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A. Items in stock are usually delivered within 5-6 business days across US. For backorders please check individual product's availability time.

Q. Can I return an item if I’m not happy?
A. Yes. As long as you let us know within 14 days of receipt and it is unused, in perfect, saleable condition and in its original packaging.

Note: Any item/s that are returned without their original packaging, or not in a perfect or saleable condition, will either not be refunded or only partially refunded.

Q. What if I miss my delivery?
A. You always have an option to call the shipping company ahead of time and rearrange the delivery as they will keep your item for a few days. But in cases the item can't be delivered becasue of your absense, your item/s will be returned to the warehouse and a failed delivery fee will be charged before we can cancel the order or re-arrange the delivery.

Q. Can I collect my furniture?
A. Yes you can collect by prior appointment from our warehouse in California. Please email us at sales@artisdecor.com to make an appointment and get directions.

Q. Is it safe to order over the internet?
A. Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted. In addition we don't save your financial information in on our servers, rather that is dealt by bank or PayPal merchant system and only that bank or PayPal have access to that information..

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Q. Do your products come with any guarantees?
A. Yes all our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee.

Q: Can I have an order delivered to an address that is different to the one on my credit card?
A: Yes absolutely. Many of our customers regularly use our website to send gifts to friends, family and also use us for corporate gifts. Simply add in a new delivery address option on your account.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place orders over the internet, by phone or when you physically come to our warehouse.

Q: What is the order process?
A: Simply browse our online store and click on "ADD TO CART" to any items you wish to order. These items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "CHECKOUT" button, which will take you to the order page. Follow the checkout process step by step. You will be contacted within 1 business day to share the shipping details. You will be able to track your order through our shipping parther web-sites.

Q: When will my furniture be delivered?
A: Normally after receiving payment we ship within 1 working day and you should get your delivery in next 5-6 business days after shipment.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q: How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
A: Artis Decor doesn't save any financial information about the users on our systems. The credit card information that you will provide will go directly to the payment merchant's (in our case it is PayPal or a US bank) system using very secure SSL technologies. Q: What happens to my personal details?
A: Your personal details will remain strictly confidential throughout the order process. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Q: What happens if I cancel my order?
A: An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and before your goods are handed over to the shipping company. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by e-mail. Please send cancellation e-mails to sales@artisdecor.com. For orders that are canceled after the shipment is sent out of our warehouse, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We try our best to have you completely satisfied with any purchase from Artis Decor, but in the unlikely event that this is not the case, We offer 14 days money back guarantee starts when customer receives and signs for the product. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customer must return the products to our address. Customers have a duty of care for the product until it is collected from them, and should make every effort to ensure no damage is caused to the item. All products must be in the original wrappings and unused therefore be careful when unwrapping the product to keep the wraps intact. For full details please see our return and refund policies.

Q: Will my goods have a warranty?
