Returns and Refunds

"Our promise to you is very simple and straightforward; if you do not love our products we will help you return it."

 

-    We offer 14 days money back guarantee starts when customer receives the product. We provide the return labels and arrange collection as well. There are no return shipping costs for any damaged product, but please note return shipping costs are non-refundable for customer remorse returns.
-    All products must be in the original packings and unused therefore be careful when unpacking the product. Please note we do not accept returns if they are not in their original packing.

All items of stock are carefully checked before they are delivered to you, but should any of the pieces you have ordered arrive damaged we understand the disappointment you would feel and are happy to amend the problem in one of the following ways:

-   We will reorder the damaged item and deliver it free of charge to you.
-   If the damage is minor we will offer to have the piece repaired.
-   If you wish to return the item, we will refund you back in full. 


Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and before your goods are handed over to the shipping company. We will refund the total amount back to you in this case.

For orders that are canceled after the shipment is sent out of our warehouse, all shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
